Phase 1
Research &
Development

• Conduct research and development.
• Update client on developments in equipment and fittings.
• Meet with key personnel to review operating criteria.
• Liaison with equipment suppliers.

Phase 2
Concept &
Design

• Generate concept layouts of interior arrangement,
cabinetry, seating and exterior markings.
• Present to client via CAD drawings, renderings, computer
animation, material boards and scaled model.

Phase 3
Bid Package

• Develop package inclusive of all written specifications,
interior identification drawings, renderings and data
gathered.
• Submit package to qualified completion agencies.
• Select completion agency.

Phase 4
Completion

• Establish a completion schedule.
• On-site inspection of fabrication and instillation at
completion center.
• Liaison with contractors and vendors.
• Review of squawk list.
• Familiarize operations personnel.
• Delivery to client.
