	Start with the user: This is the principle underlies every successful product design. It follows that the product must be safe, efficient, easy to use and maintain, and be aesthetically pleasing. It must have a form that is true its function. It must lend itself to manufacturing in the company's facilities. All this must be measurable in the marketplace through the product's ability to be sold at a profit.		At every stage-from the first conceptual sketch until final prototype, designs are evaluated on these points, and refined in collaboration with the client. Projects vary in scale, complexity and end use. The constant? An insistence that no matter what the product, user satisfaction and design integrity count more than current style.
